About Us

Pravila Nova IT d.o.o. is a Croatian software development company specializing in rule-based systems, Java development, and artificial intelligence. Our notable projects include the Croatian Customs Risk Management System and the ATM/Branch Replenishment Optimization System for Zagrebačka banka.

Rule-based systems are a form of expert systems where business logic is defined using explicit rules. These systems excel in domains that require transparency, traceability, and explainability—such as customs risk analysis, compliance checks, and decision support in financial services. By separating business logic from application code, rule-based systems allow easier maintenance and regulatory alignment.

In parallel, current artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing, offer powerful tools for pattern recognition, predictive modeling, and automation.
